A group of us from UK hired this RV for a trip to Oshosh for the EAA
We were charged overages totalling $431. Running the generator $112 ($16 per hour), propane refill $28.70, excess mileage $84 and to top it all we were charged $150 for cleaning! We had to buy all our linen, pillows, towels and deck chairs which we donated at the end of the trip.
This RV is shabby and overpriced.
Sorry, that you feel this way. at the time of booking you were aware of all charges. we offer 50 free miles per night, and 5 free generator hours per night for additional you have to pay. Also, our units are empty no pots and pans no bedding, or personal kits. You return the RV not clean and no propane filled. we do not offer free cleaning or free propane either. thank youi
The RV I rented was rather tired in all
Respects ! It was not completely cleaned inside as ants were gathered on a grease smudge in the galley when I entered. Took 2 days to get rid of the ants . The ships batteries were many years old with corrosion on the positive terminals.
Hello Brian, you never mentioned ants inside the RV. Sorry to hear that. The battery is fine even after your trip I try to ask the service department to replace it, but they ensure me that the battery is ok. It is true that on the last day in the late afternoon of your trip, the generator ran but did not produce power and it was because of an overheated and burnt cable in the generator.
