Arlo was the best! Megan was so easy to work with, the RV was clean, everything worked as expected, and overall it enabled us to have the trip of a lifetime. We had 6 people, 2 young kids, and made almost every meal in the RV. We moved almost every morning and by the end of our trip we had the process down. It was easy to set up and break down every day. Such a cool experience for my family.
First time using RV Share and everything went smoothly. We had one technical issue on the road but Megan worked with us and took care of it quickly. Would rent it again if in the SLC area.
Megan was great and upfront with us on everything. It had an accident impacting the back drivers side from previous renter. She was working on it with insurance but upfront with us. Day of pickup the step down and awning did not operate properly by she agreed to give us one free day.
Meaghan promptly responded to fix the issue we brought up to her attention during our rental. Unfortunately, things in the RV in need of repair started to fail. We decided to focus in enjoying our vacation and ignore those issues. Meaghan is very amicable and willing to resolve issues, and I am sure she will fix things for her next customer.
We had a terrific experience renting from Megan. ThE RV was so nice, clean, and ready to go right when we got there. I would definitely rent from her again! She was delightful and so responsive!
