Everything worked great and was easy to use and pick up!
This was our first experience with a travel trailer and Shane was very helpful and communicative about how things worked. There was some slight miscommunication on the power supply (30 vs 50) that lead to some issues running both the fridge and the ac but he helped us in getting it figured out. There were also a few problems with the RV’s table, water heater and lack of mattress toppers.

Again, it's really unfortunate and I apologize that my renter before you broke the table, failed to report it and we did not discover it until I was handing the trailer off to your husband. We did our best to secure it quickly so you could be on your trip on time. Either way, now that I've had the time with it, I've been able to get it as good as new.

The Petersen's were very helpful and friendly. Pick up and drop off was a breeze. This was such a great value for a very nice RV. We would absolutely rent from them again. 5 star service!!
The hosts were nice, honest and flexible. I was delayed in pickup but they worked with me for a best time. I got a thorough rundown of amenities and functionality in a timely manner and was on my way.
The camper is quite nice and served it's purpose. I had the water filled, opted in for the generator, and had it otherwise prepared for full use.
Shane is a great host. He explained everything well and the trailer worked out great. He always responded swiftly and did everything in his power to make the experience A+!
