Todd and Jennifer began their RV adventure in 2021 while looking for (safe) ways to travel and spend time with family. We both work full time and manage busy schedules so we hope to be able to share Florence with our friends and family, giving her the opportunity to help others create great new memories!

Rental Rules
- No pets
- No festivals
- No tailgating
- No smoking
- Minimum renter age of 30
- No Festivals, large events, tailgating, or spectator events without prior approval. RV's all have GPS these days so it is best to be honest.
- Stay off the roof of the RV - this is dangerous, and there are countless ways to do considerable damage to an RV while on the roof. This also is specifically prohibited by your insurance policy.
- Anything included with the RV is yours to use, but damage to included gear could result in a claim against your security deposit. Beach use is fine, just try to get as much sand out as possible :)
- Use the awning at your own risk - this item is expensive and typically NOT covered by insurance in the event of damage.
- PLEASE do not exceed 70mph regardless of posted speed limits. Flo handles very well at 65mph. If you need more travel time, send me a text. Most likely I can accommodate earlier or later arrivals.

The rv was great
Second time using this RV. Todd is great to work with - quick to reply and very helpful. Flo is like the Hilton on wheels. Our family loves it and is already looking forward to booking again in the future.

Todd is truly the best host. His walk-thrus are so thorough and complete and he is always available if anything comes up. Also, he provides so many amenities. It is a hotel on wheels. We love this camper and this amazing host! We are already planning for next year!
Todd and his amazing RV couldn't have been more accommodating, wonderful and fantastic for my son (15), wife and I for a wonderful Memorial Day weekend. It is an AirBNB on wheels!!! Amazing...truly!!!
