I lovingly renovated this Class A Winnebago Sightseer 29R over the course of winter 2023 and gave it an updated interior as well as new electronics. This RV has two slide-outs, one is in the bedroom and the other is the kitchen/living area. When they are out there is a lot of room.

- No Smoking, propane in use. If there is smoking in the RV your security deposit will be forfeited. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the RV, this includes Marijuana.
- Please clean up any areas you have used. Try to return the rental to the basic condition it was in at pickup. Do not leave any food out as it can attract critters such as mice and insects into the RV.
- No more than 6 occupants at a time. We prefer that only those in your direct rental group be inside the RV.
- The RV comes with an instruction booklet of the basics that you will need to know to operate it safely and properly. We do expect that you will take the time to become familiar with the instructions.
- When in motion, it is the law that occupants wear seat belts for their safety as with all motorized vehicles.

While away on your trip you must empty the waste tanks if they are 75% on the level indicators. Failure to do so could result in damage to the RV. If they do not reach that level we can empty them for you when you return for an additional fee as listed.

This RV will TOTALLY get the job done and WELL! Our family of 4 took it on a 4th of July camping trip, and James made everything SO EASY! He explained everything in great detail, left a video (because somehow he knew we’d forget things lol), an instructional guide and even gave us his number for questions and emergencies, making first time rental/RV use a breeze!
