Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Awning must be retracted before you leave to go anywhere and also when you go to bed.
- Please make sure you walk around before leaving & make sure antenna is down properly & you are completely unhooked & all wires, electrical cable, sewer & water hoses put away. Vents are closed etc
- Please be aware of overhead branches and tree limbs. They can cause terrible damage not only to the vents also to the a/c unit and I can personally vouch for that. It is a brand new a/c unit.

Please be careful with the height limit 12' of the RV
Be careful of low tree limbs. They can easily damage the vents and the A/C unit
Make sure you never leave the awning out when you leave the rv for the day/night. Just a way word gust of wind can cause $1000's of $$
