the pickup/drop off procedure was a bit unclear until the day before and at that point Charles contacted me and arranged to meet with me a few minutes away from my house. The pickup was AWESOME Charles gave a full tour and explained how everything works.
RV had some dings and needed some cleaning, aside from that, just as advertised. It was our first experience and Charles explained everything, taught us how to use the equipment and even spent a few extra minutes texting us and helping us troubleshoot when we had issues during our trip. Overall, fantastic experience, would rent again from them.
This was my first experience researching, reviewing, selecting, and managing an RV rental contractually. The owner was responsive, answered questions, and was available from start to finish. The RV is well maintained throughout. I would rent this owner’s RV In the future.

Overall this rental was a great experience. DeWayne and Charles were both very quick to respond to any questions. Delivery was very timely and everything was explained in great detail before we left for our trip. We traveled from Ohio to Florida and everything went very smooth and the RV ran great. We would recommend this rental to our friends and family.
