We were pleased with the communication prior to pickup. We were also surprised at how many amenities were included. When I asked about a coffee maker and toaster, they promptly purchased them for the RV. We also loved the option of having the Airstream delivered to our campsite. Would rent from Chum and Denise again.
The AirStream was beautiful. Chum was easy to work with and had great communication before our trip, and during our trip. We didn't need anything, but he let us know that he was readily available.
