This Rv comes with 2 bathrooms with one shower, a master suite with a tv in both the suite, main area and outside. The main area has a full size fridge and freezer with a convection microwave and gas burning stove top. Both Couches pull out into beds which can fit 2 kids on each or 1 adult comfortably. Surround sound and an amp with a sub have been insalled for great listening to music or tv.

We are new to the rental world. I have owned this RV since 2021. My family loves it. We would love for it to see more use as we are very busy with sports and a new baby. We hope to let others experience the joy it has given my family.

Rental Rules

- Fuel Policy: The RV will be provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. If the RV is returned without a full tank, the renter will be responsible for the cost of refueling plus a $50 refueling service fee, subject to RVshare's policies. 2. Waste Tanks Black and gray water tanks must be emptied before returning the RV. A $150 dumping fee may apply if tanks are not emptied, subject to RVshare's policies. 3. No Smoking or Vaping Smoking, vaping, marijuana, and tobacco use are strictly prohibited inside the motorhome. Additional cleaning or damage charges may apply if this rule is violated. 4.Cleaning Requirements The RV must be returned in reasonably clean condition. All trash, food, and personal belongings must be removed. Excessive dirt, stains, spills, or odors may result in additional cleaning charges.
- 5. Pets No pets are permitted without prior written approval. Any approved pets must be disclosed before booking. Renters are responsible for all pet-related damage and excessive cleaning. 6. Approved Drivers Only Only drivers who have been approved through RVshare may operate the motorhome. No unauthorized drivers are permitted. 7. No Off-Road Driving The RV must remain on paved roads or properly maintained campground access roads. Off-road driving, sand dunes, beaches, and rough trails are prohibited. 8. Awning Usage The awning must be retracted whenever the RV is unattended, during windy or stormy conditions, and overnight. Renters are responsible for damage resulting from improper use. 9.No climbing on the Roof 10. Slide-Out Operation Slides must only be operated when the RV is properly parked and leveled, with adequate clearance. Renters must follow the instructions provided during pickup.
- 11. Generator Usage Generator use must follow the operating instructions provided at pickup. The generator must not be operated in enclosed areas. Any generator charges will follow the rental listing terms. 12. Damage Reporting Any accident, damage, mechanical issue, warning light, or equipment malfunction must be reported immediately. Renters must not attempt unauthorized repairs. 13. Festivals and Large Events Use at festivals, concerts, tailgating events, or large gatherings requires prior written approval. 14. Late Returns The RV must be returned at the agreed-upon time. Late returns may result in additional charges in accordance with RVshare's policies. 15. Towing All towing must be approved by owner 16. No Unauthorized Modifications Renters may not attach, remove, alter, or modify any part of the motorhome without written permission.
- 17. Rental Responsibility Renters are responsible for operating the RV safely, following all provided instructions, and complying with RVshare's rental agreement and protection policies.
