It was our first time using RV share and Morgan made the whole process very easy for us. His video he sent us really helped us prepare for the trip. When we picked up the Rv he went over everything again to make sure we were comfortable with everything. Luckily we didn’t need his help during the trip but said if we needed anything to give him a call anytime. It was a quick pick up and drop off.
CM was very accomodating and easy to work with. The RV was perfect i couldnt ask for anything more or better out of it
His YouTube video was very helpful.
We live out of state and booked this RV for four people, two on the main bed, two on the over-the-driver seat bed. Very standard. We got to the RV to learn that there were only two flat, chinsey pillows for four people. The overhead bed had NO padding, two of us had to sleep on essentially wood with carpeting stapled to it.
I’m sorry your experience was not an excellent one. I know you really wanted this RV to feel like your “home” while you enjoyed the music festival. I believe I made the best efforts on my end to remedy any issues you brought to my attention.
First time renters and looking forward to our next rental with Morgan! His personal attention is unmatched! Made us feel secure throughout the whole trip!
