This review is for Jenay's Tiny on Wheels towable trailer. Jenay was wonderful to work with. She quickly responded to any and all questions we had. There was a little hickup with the insurance, which was not Jenay's doing. She spent as much time as we needed to learn about the trailer before our trip. There was a little issue with the water valve on the toilet.
This is a really nice camper, it was clean and tidy,
We’ve rented campers before and the only thing we didn’t like was there was no one there to meet us for pickup and drop off, it was all virtual through pictures and videos,,

Thank you for this feedback. We rolled out the virtual process in response to our renters needing more flexibility on pick-up/return times and to avoid fees for being late for appointments. However, given the feedback, we appreciate there is value lost by not having face-to-face meetings.
Janay's camper was clean, easy to hook up, and the instructional videos are very well done. Janay also compensated slight technical issues that I experienced. I would rent from Janay again.
We really enjoyed our RV experience.
Trailer pulled well. Service was good and considerate. Easy to deal with all around.
