Please completely empty the black and grey tanks prior to return. If the RV is returned with unemptied tanks you will be charged a $40 fee. 10 Gallons of propane included, additional propane used will be charged at $5 a gallon.

Great first experience.
Loved the Camping Trailer, clean, easy to use and great owners. They supplied everything I needed and more so I did not have anything to worry about. I will definitely rent from them again.
Our return ended up being delayed with an emergency room visit, and we were unable to clean up or dump the water. Telena was very patient, and understanding about the situation.
Telena and her husband were great to work with. The trailer was well stocked with the essentials and it was nice and clean.
We had the best experience from start to finish! Telena was always quick to respond and to keep us informed. The trailer is newly remodeled with homey touches and stocked with great amenities. The main bed has a real mattress and is very comfortable to sleep on. We would highly recommend the Happy Pioneer to anyone who is looking for quality trailer for a reasonable price.
