We had a really fun time renting the RV. Jenay was very helpful and walked us through most of the important features. I had never RVd before and had some difficulties with understanding how to make the best use of the generator and propane as we did not have an electric hookup.

This has been one of the worst business transactions of my life. I only gave 1 star because 0 star wasn't an option. The RV had almost every possible function not working. Like nothing at all (Water, Generator, Fridge, Leveler, HVAC, TVs, Lights, etc.) But far worse than that was every interaction with Jenay. What a morally bankrupt person she is.
I usually refrain from providing a bad review on renters. However, in this case it's appropriate to provide a response to your false accusations. For all our reservations, we aim to provide an enjoyable experience through education, transparency and responsive communication. Tim, you have been the RV renter all owners dread to come across.
We had such an amazing trip even with multiple flight changes and set backs. Jenay was so understanding and really helped ease my mind in a stressful situation. The RV was very clean, the pick up process was thorough and easy, and Jenay was truly an angel walking us through how to turn the radio on lol.
Jenay and Khalil were both fantastic! Highly recommended!
