We're so appreciative of Kevin & Monique 's responsiveness to our "emergency " request for an RV rental to join our family vacation. Throughout our rental they communicated promptly and remained helpful.
The RV drove well and all systems operated. We had an issue with the aftermarket security system, frequently we we're unable to activate and start the vehicle.
Did this RV get us to our destination safely and effectively? Yes. The vehicle runs well, has plenty of power and drives efficiently enough. The owner is very nice, flexible and communicative which was certainly a plus.
However, talk about a bait and switch for what vehicle you will be receiving if rented.
The rental process was easy and went smoothly. Kevin was quick to respond to my questions during the time we had the RV. I would rent from them again.
Our whole rental process went very smoothly. One reason I selected them was this was one of the few rentals that had pick up and drop off times that were reasonable.
