This 2016 thor majestic 28a is very well built and easy to use. It has a large cab over bed area. Table and couch turn into beds and has a queen size rear bed. Large shower and bathroom area. Easy to use and well laid out kitchen. Big storage area. And a large fridge. Ac and furnace are ample to keep you comfortable. This rv is best for 6 people but can sleep 8.

We found the unit to be a little higher mileage than expected but all systems were in working order. As with any unit this age some basic trouble shooting skills are necessary and I wouldn't recommend it for first time campers. The toilet and shower designs require some agility. Eddy has newer units in his fleet.

We had a great experience with the RV rental from Eddy. It was exactly what we wanted. Everything we asked for was included. The bedding and towels were fresh and clean. The entire RV was very clean.
Eddy kept up with communications-I never had to wait long to get a response. This was our first time renting an RV and Eddy made it easy. We will go back to him should we ever want to rent again.
Great experience from a first time user. Will definitely be back. Helped us out when we had a lot of company all at once.
Overall it provided the expected needs in regards to an RV rental. Unit had some issues regarding expectations. 1. Horn inop and and possible air bag missing ( safety) 2. cruise control inop which on long trips assists driver, 3. Adjuster for drivers side mirror inop. 4. Fridge light inop. 5. Shower door unusable 6. Wiper fluid reservoir empty. 7.
Thanks for the feedback on the rental. I appreciated the feedback on the items needing attention. Once the rv was back in possession I verified that the clock spring was faulty causing the cruise control and horn to not work and have ordered a replacement and scheduled an appointment for replacement. In the process of doing so verified that there is indeed an airbag in the drivers steering wheel.
