The owners provided a detailed session on the features and how to use them prior to the trip. This was very handy as we were camping in 13 degree weather. The rig was clean and in excellent condition. Overall experience was A+. Will definitely rent it again.

We had never used an RV before, Anne and Becky did a great job of walking us through everything so we felt comfortable before leaving for our trip. They were easy to get a hold of before and during our trip for any communication that was needed. They were also very flexible and worked with us on pick-up and drop-off times for our schedule the week of our trip.
