This was our first time renting an rv.
Russell was it you like to work with. He made everything so simple. Came through on his end of the deal.
The coach ran wonderfully. We had no problems.

Overall, really a great experience. The rv was exactly what we needed for camping with our 2 year old and 3mo old. The slide out gave enough room for a pack-n-play in the middle, and a small tent on the table bed. The propane generator is pretty quiet and super efficient. Russell was quick to respond when I had a question at the start of our trip. Overall, a great rental.
Fantastic experience, Russell showed us everything we needed to know about the RV and had a couple of questions while on our trip and he always responded quickly. We would definitely recommend renting from him and if we are planning on another trip in the future we plan on renting from him again. Thanks for everything.
This started out to be a wonderful trip. Russell communicated and worked with me to adjust our dates when COVID-19 hit. However, when we picked up the RV it was filthy, most of the hinges in the inside were broken and cabinets opened as we traveled, and then Russell decided to hit us with unreasonable fees when we returned the RV. I reached out to communicate with him and was IGNORED.
Kelly, I am very sorry to hear you were disappointed with the RV. The RV was professionally cleaned just prior to your arrival. I did find evidence of 2 drawers that needed repair. Two hinges needed to be replaced (not charged to customer) – I have since replaced those hinges. The additional fees mentioned were due to the following facts: 1. the RV was not returned with a full tank of Gas.
We had a great time in this RV. The size was perfect for us and driving was easy!
