Juan provided an awesome RV! It was just right for me, my wife and my two small kids. He provided lots of amenities that was very useful. His communication is top notch, which I always a plus. Also he is very knowledgable with his RV and knows the ins and outs of it. Would def rent from him again!
Juan was wonderful, as was his Coleman Dutchman. He met us at set-up to go over the ins and outs of the RV. He ensured we had everything we needed, from an outdoor carpet to linens and special toilet paper. Beyond this were DVDs to use with the TV/DVD player and board games.
Juan and his wife were amazing to rent from, they went above and beyond our expectations. There were so many extra touches to the trailer that made it easier to use for the first time! We had everything we needed for an easy weekend with our kids!
