We are in Santa Cruz California, born and raised and run a business here. We lightly use our travel trailer and it is in very good shape and very clean. Everything works well, although I have not figured out how to make the electric heater work, but the gas heater works great as well as the AC.

Perfect trailer for our family! Comfortable and roomy. Great communication with Bill and simple pick-up and drop off process. Would definitely highly recommend.
Great trailer for a weekend camping trip big and comfy lots of room for our family.
Overall great travel trailer, had some issues with the refrigerator not getting cold, would cool down to 40f at night and get back up to 60f during the day, and AC unit struggled to keep it cool in 90f weather, temperature was about 80f inside the trailer. Other than those items it was very spacious and comfortable, mini fridge in the outdoor kitchen worked flawless and kept our food safe.
What an awesome trailer!
This RV is super nice and very spacious and comfortable! I would rent it again. Seems brand new and it has lots of amenities like an outdoor kitchen, reclining chairs inside and two big king-size beds.
We loved our stay on the RV- we had a family of four and there was plenty of space. The gas heat kept us nice and warm at night. Bedding is clean and comfortable! Bill was super easy to communicate with and got back to me very quickly when I had questions. He also made himself available by phone if I needed anything. We hope to rent this trailer again!
