- Minimum renter age of 25 not allowed
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- There should be 2 dirty clothes hampers. Anything non-disposable provided(i.e. linens, dishes, silverware) that you use and don't clean should be in the hamper when you return.
- There is a mat in front of the fridge. It is there for your safety. Remove it only to clean the floor and return promptly.
