There was an error in pick up time and we waited at host's house for an hour. They were very apologetic and I do not think this is something that occurs often - rather an isolated event. The screens in the popup were damaged/torn, which allowed insects inside, so we used duct tape to cover them.
More importantly, we were concerned regarding the safety of the vehicle.
Such great people to deal with. Great communication, very willing to work with us with our constant changes because our flights for drop off. Great van, such a great time.
Our family had a geat time Camping in this vehicle. Lots of toon to pack comfortable beds. Easy to drive. Love this experience 😊
It was our first time renting RV & it went very well. It was prefect for our little family.
This van was exactly what we were looking for. It went everywhere we wanted to go and gave us a comfortable place to relax at the end of the day. Aaron has left things in the van to make life more comfortable, chairs, a tarp, cooking pots and utensils. We didn't have to do anything but put gas in and enjoy the views. If we end up back in Utah to go camping again, this will be what I rent!
