This totally did not happen and it's totally wrong. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
Caitlin was there on time to drop off the trailer and set it up for my family. She was friendly and patient and spent plenty of time walking us through how to use her trailer. Trailer was kept clean and well maintained.
First time to rent a trailer and it was perfect! Trailer size was just right…spacious and clean. Caitlin delivered and set up everything on the trailer. She was very accommodating and had excellent communication before and during the time we had rented the trailer which we appreciated. Would rent from her again. Thank you Caitlin!
