Addie was very attentive and accommodating. We were first timers so she spent over an hour talking us through everything before we left. We had many questions as we were packing and she volunteered to add things like lawn chairs, coffee mugs and salt and pepper.
The vehicle is 5 years old so it’s a little worn in places and it’s over 100k miles but we got a great deal on price so that was good.
If you want an amazing vacation experience go to Addie! We rented the motorhome for 30 days and 14 states later and over 6500 Miles, we could NOT have been happier! Thank you so much Addie and Jason for the wonderful experience! I have already recommended you to some friends in Dixon!
Addie was amazing and went above and beyond when there was an issue with one of the slides. It wasn't working the morning of our trip and we couldn't get another RV or cancel our reservation at Yosemite so Addie got the RV fixed that morning and brought it to us. We only lost a couple of hours of travel but the trip was saved!
The RV had plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 teenagers for sleeping.
