This was my first RV Share experience but it was full of surprises. Jenay was great with communication, answering all my questions, and even meeting us a bit early to accommodate our flight time and bus schedules to get there.
The check in process seemed to go ok. Along with Jenay's verbal instructions, we were also provided videos to watch to educate us on the RV.

Had a great time with this rental. All the amenities minus the retractable awning were functional. RV was clean and everything was straight forward and simple. JeNay was very professional and available immediately with answers to our questions and concerns. Would highly recommend this RV if you’re looking for a simple place to hang your hat on a getaway.
Full disclosure, this was our first experience renting an RV. Jenay and her team were very responsive and willing to answer questions. Some of our dissatisfaction was due to my own ignorance. I will recommend that any renter do a complete, thorough, on your hands and knees, check of the unit prior to taking it out.
