Our trip started out with Gema notifying me the night before our departure that the stairs were broken. We therefore proceeded to buy a set of plastic stairs from Amazon.
The toilet plugged up twice on us and there were no tablets to put into the blackwater tank so we ended up buying a product to help alleviate the problem.
Gemma was very helpful since the pick up .we well trained by her to use everything at the RV .

Great experience from beginning to end.RV was exactly as described and Gema is always available for any questions or concerns.
The RV was as described and was a good size. It was great for our family. Gema was great at communicating and helping us. The RV needs a little TLC and Gema assured us she was going to work on that. Overall it was a good rental and Gema made it even better.
Everything worked as designed. Gema was wonderful to work with.
