Awful experience with this rental. The pictures are deceiving and are back from 2014 and not current. It is not taken care of, not clean, and really beat up.
The walk through is rushed, things don’t work properly and are falling apart. It did it’s job but honestly was just a nightmare from start to finish.
Austin I honestly can’t believe your review. My photos a very much current. I explained everything about the trailer and asked if you had any questions MULTIPLE times. Everything works so I’m not sure what you are talking about.
In my opinion I feel if you’re renting out a trailer to several families you should have it professionally cleaned each time it is returned. When I picked it up and got it home it was filthy. The couch has stains all over it. The fridge was not turned on ready to go for us and had black mold in it and the counters were full of dirt so I ended up cleaning it before and after I got back.
In regards to the fridge… you didn’t listen when I said to have it on the LP setting and it takes up to 6 hours to cool. When you called me, I repeated that information and it fixed your problem.
And the counters and fridge were clean when I inspected the trailer.
The trailer is fine without an equalizer hitch. I’ve traveled everywhere with it and it travels just fine with out one.
Overall, we had a great experience with this RV. There were a couple of items that cause some concern. First, we paid for delivery and set up. The delivery was timely and effective. However, the final set was not level. I ended up getting some additional wood to make the RV level. Because the unit was not level, the fridge did not work the first day.
Cameron was great at communicating and very accommodating. We enjoyed the RV and our daughter loved it!

This was my first time renting a trailer. It was a great experience for me and my family. We had a fun 3-day camping trip with no problems. Cameron was great to work with and very accommodating through the rental process, trailer pick up, as well as the return process. I have no regrets and would absolutely consider renting this trailer again in the future.
