Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Renters are not allowed to climb on top of the 5th Wheel.
- All rentals must be delivered to a RV space with full hook-ups including sewer and 50 AMP electric service. Some exceptions for sewer, please ask. Exceptions to 50 AMP electric available Oct. - April
- Please arrive at your agreed upon time. There is a $25 per hour charge (or any part thereof) for late arrivals.
- Key exchange must be in-person both at drop of and pick up. You are responsible for the RV until I have received the Keys back.
- 2 Dogs allowed up to 40 lbs ea. No cats (sorry) Pet fee is an additional one time charge of $75 per pet.
