Mark and Javier made our first RV experience really pleasant. The RV is sparkle clean and easy to drive even for first time users like us. Javier did a walk through and a test drive with us when we picked up the vehicle to make sure everything works properly. He was very communicative during our whole trip, sending tutorial videos and answering questions we had.
