The Rv has everything you need, communication with Jack is excellent, easy resolution of small problems, everything works well.
Very nice RV my wife and kids loved the RV , vacation to Wet & Wild and Circus Circus, Las Vegas was wonder camping and a local park and BBQ with other relatives was great first time renting Jacks RV it was awesome š my kids had so much fun they didn't want to leave Las Vegas I recommend the use of this R V for big families I give it 2 šš up .

Jack had a great rv and had all the paper work and u tube videos how to operate. Great rv.
The rig would be much better at full-service hookups. We were dry camping. The water heater is small as is the freshwater tank. The master bed is the worst I've ever tried to sleep on. The entrance door strut was broken, but no one told us about that, so I tried to find another to replace, but was unsuccessful. When we returned the rig, they said they knew about the strut.
