We rented Brice's trailer for the week of the Reno Air Races and it was perfect for our needs. Everything was clean and functional and just as advertised.

So we were a little surprised when we pulled up as the trailer was different than the one in the photos! But it wasn't a bad thing as it was the same size and same amenities that we were expecting and was probably newer and nicer than what we thought we were getting! Brice was an awesome communicator and the trailer had everything we needed for our long weekend trip!

Everything worked great for a family of 4 in a campground without hookups. We used the pickup/drop-off option and despite some traffic for us, we were able to adjust the meet up time on the fly.
Brice was a pleasure to work with. Her replied to every email and text quickly. He met me at the pick up and drop off location on time.
We did have a battery problem that we took care of with new batteries and be reimbursed us with in minutes of getting the receipts. Brice a joy to work with.
