Everything worked great for a family of 4 in a campground without hookups. We used the pickup/drop-off option and despite some traffic for us, we were able to adjust the meet up time on the fly.

Brice was a pleasure to work with. Her replied to every email and text quickly. He met me at the pick up and drop off location on time.
We did have a battery problem that we took care of with new batteries and be reimbursed us with in minutes of getting the receipts. Brice a joy...
