Beware of this trailer and this owner. The trailer was extremely dirty and had not been cleaned anytime recently or in preparation for our rental. There was old urine in the toilet that smelled of urea and much of it had crystallized on the bowl. The entire trailer smelled musty...

when picked up camper he checked everything in and out ,..how everything works .and is clean..everything was great ...he took camper and when he returned it different day than he should there was broken...
