Beware of this trailer and this owner. The trailer was extremely dirty and had not been cleaned anytime recently or in preparation for our rental. There was old urine in the toilet that smelled of urea and much of it had crystallized on the bowl. The entire trailer smelled musty like a house and person that had not cleaned or bathed for a long time.

when picked up camper he checked everything in and out ,..how everything works .and is clean..everything was great ...
Exactly what I expected. Clean and everything worked well. The owners were very nice, knowledgable and responded quickly to my messages. I highly recommend this r-pod!
Jan was very accommodating and the camper was perfect for what we needed. Would definitely recommend renting from him.
