James was very communicative and the RV is in wonderful condition. We appreciated everything from the modifications he's made and to the cleanliness. James was also very patient about explaining everything to make sure we could fully enjoy the amenities and was flexible with the pick up and return times to accommodate some scheduling constraints on our end.
James and Susan are great. They responded quickly to all questions and are very easy to deal with.

We are sorry that we didn't get time to fix them before your reservation started due to the RV was rented out most of the time. We are working on the operating instructions and hope we can release it soon. Again we appreciated your kind feedback very much!
These folks were honest and extremely responsive. When I had a concern I initially went through the helpful tips provided, but still wanted a bit more info. They responded immediately to text and made sure all questions were answered. Very pleasant folks. Also kind enough to send a few articles left behind in the closet. Their son works in the city and I was able to meet him to retrieve my shirts.
