In 2016, we listed our first travel trailer on RVshare and our time renting has been outstanding. Currently, we have two trailers: a 2014 Lance 2185 “Duke” and a 2014 Lance 1985 “Bandit.” We look forward to seeing our returning guests and meeting new vacationers!

Rental Rules
- No pets
- No festivals

- Minimum renter age of 30
- After booking, we will send you a supplemental rental agreement which includes delivery location, occupant names and the following rules. It includes our personal information and requires yours too.
- If there is evidence of smoking, renter is subject to the additional cleaning fee of $500, plus potential forfeiture of the damage deposit, at the owners’ discretion. NO DUNES OR STATE PARKS.
- If there is evidence of a pet, renter is subject to the additional cleaning fee of $200, plus potential forfeiture of the damage deposit, at the owners’ discretion. NO DELIVERY LOPEZ SITES: HAWK 3-9
- Only RV-specific fast-dissolving toilet paper may be used. If there is evidence of other items in the waste tank, renter is subject to additional clearing/dumping fee of $100 and any repair costs.
- Failure to return the Honda 2200 generator is a fee of $958. The generator is not available for renters with an electric hook-up. Lost keys fee is $40. ---WE HAVE NEVER CHARGED ANY OF THESE FEES.---

Josh and Ashley's trailer was perfect for our little family getaway! We opted to have it delivered to our campsite, and it was well worth it. As a first-time user of a trailer, Ashley explained everything we needed to know. She made sure that we could reach her if we had any questions or issues during our rental, but everything was great so there was no need.
This was our family's first time renting a RV. We will definitely do it again.
Great experience renting from Josh and Ashley! The trailer was in good condition and we loved the fact that it was stocked with basic needs to have when camping far from home such as cookware and a few bathroom essentials. This made packing a bit more light on our end. They were very friendly and communative through out the whole trip.
This is our third time renting this trailer from Josh and Ashley. My five grandkids love the three bunks. Josh and Ashley are wonderful to work with. They are very flexible and personable. The RV is always immaculate. This year because it was cold at night, Ashley even put in a bunch of extra blankets.it’s the little things that count. We look forward to renting from them next year.
Josh and Ashley have been excellent during this whole experience. The travel trailer is clean and in good condition, they delivered the trailer to our site on time and also picked up on time, they were responsive to questions and assisted us in every way. Our whole camping experience was wonderful and we take away wonderful memories. Thank you Josh and Ashley for all your help.
Ashley (Josh's wife) is amazing and the kids are fantastic helpers. I was quite impressed. Rental was just as described and they made it very easy!!
