Heartland Mallard M312 - Our RV has all the amenities and loads of space for family and friends. It features a very spacious living room slide-out, u-shaped dinette, a comfortable couch that faces the entertainment center. The master suite has a queen bed and plenty of storage. Double bunks offer plenty of space for kiddos. Couch makes out into a bed for two.

Rental Rules
- Minimum renter age of 25 not allowed
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Return with surfaces wiped down and floors swept. Cleaning Fee of $50 hr with $100 minimum if RV returned with no attempt to clean.
- No more than 8 people sleeping in RV at one time. If additional people staying in RV please get approval in advance. RV can sleep up to 10.
- NO Smoking. If RV is smoked a $500 fee will be charged. Pets in RV must be approved in advance and pet deposit paid. Keep pets in a crate or kennel while you are away from RV. No pets on furniture
- Owner will take pictures and note pre-existing issues. Renter should also do the same. Damage will first be applied to your deposit, if insufficient you are responsible for insurance deductible
- Use of the awning is at your risk! When leaving the RV, before going to bed, or any sign of high winds or storms, roll the awning in. Awning repairs are a minimum of $500.
