Im sorry your experience didnt meet your expectations. Lets discuss why you were charged. As you are no doubt aware, renters are responsible for all damages that occur during the rental. Before departure, we take a series of photographs to document the RVs condition. Additionally, the renter signs a departure form noting all pre-existing damages.
The pickup experience was great. He explained everything we needed to know and had it all set up for "boondocking". The RV itself was very clean and ready to go. The RV was also very nice. Our family had a great time. We would definitely rent this RV again.

I had such an amazing experience with renting this RV. Everything worked perfectly and the owner answered every question I had. It was very clean and comfortable . I went on a 6 hour trip and my family and I were very comfortable the entire trip. I will definitely be renting this unit again in the future.
