This was my first time renting and it went perfectly. The RV pickup was easy and the walk-through was very thorough. The RV is in good shape and everything functions correctly and we had no issues of any kind. 5 days of fun camping trackside and I hope we can do it again next year.
Trip started with a great introduction to the unit. They include everything you need for towing and lots of extra tools such a power drill to raise and lower the jacks. We did run into an issue and the owners were quick to respond and correct the issue. Thank you for all the help!
Overall it's a nice trailer and great value. Strongly recommend the unit and husband and wife team.
The owners were very communicative and helpful. When it was realized that my vehicle needed an accessory in order to tow their trailer, they went out of their way to locate and purchase parts and then assemble the correct accessory so that my family and I could still be on our way without changing our plans. They went the extra mile and never complained.
