Rental Rules

- • No Pets. • No Smoking or Vaping. • No attaching or leaning any items on RV siding. • No climbing on RV. • The person named on the rental contract must be present to take delivery of RV. No Exception
- • We will go over the RV systems and how to operate them and answer any questions. • Delivery times are between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM. We will call and schedule your delivery time.
- • Please be on time as we do have other deliveries or pick-ups. There is a late fee of $35.00 for every half hour past the delivery time.
- • We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if you are extremely late or your late arrival interferes with other scheduled deliveries or pick-ups.
- • After hours is any time after 5:00 PM. We can deliver after hours; fees are between $60.00 to $100.00 depending on location. This fee is in addition to the normal delivery fees.

We rented this travel trailer for 5 days for use at a camping site with hookups (dry camping.) It was a very nice, clean RV and perfect for my wife's mother to stay in while my wife and I camped in my 29' travel trailer in the adjacent campsite. The reason for the 3 stars in the rental value and amenities is solely due to the battery condition.
Pete is the best! I fully recommend to rent his RVs.
Pete was fantastic to work with and the RV is just as described. Lots of items stocked in the trailer. Pete worked with us in both the drop off and pick up times and he was on time. Highly recommend Pete and his RV’s.
Not what I expected
I did advise that Jalama beach is a dry camping location and that all the basic functions would work and keep the batteries charged up with the solar panels for the duration of the 2 days. I also advised that any appliances that use 120V like coffee maker, microwave, AC unit, and TV would not work. Im sorry your friends thougbt I was rude.
I can't say enough good things about our experience with Pete! We had a fantastic experience. Pete and his son came promptly to set up the RV at our flying flags camp site. Pick up and Drop off was super fast and efficient. The RV itself was new, clean, homey and very comfortable. I would highly recommend for family stays as it had two "bedrooms".
The RV was everything as advertised! Wonderful experience overall! I highly recommend and we plan to rent again!
