1. Dangerous to drive - Cant see out of driver window, moister between glass making visibility impossible
2. passenger mirror broken! only see front tire.
3. Fridge full of Cockroaches and Mold
4. Compartments full of dirt bugs and all surfaces full of grime and dirt

The pickup experience was great and communication as well. Unfortunately, this RV is in NO shape to be rented out. The check engine light turned on as soon as we got on the highway. The generator stopped working 2 1/2 into the trip. No service repairman wanted to service it because of the amount of time it would take to fix.
Ralph is very kind and accommodating. Overall, our experience was great. It could just use a little more attention to detail in the cleaning department.
Picks up the phone when you call. Answers questions. Very reasonable and easy to deal with.
