- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Electric awning must be brought in during high wind and heavy rain. You will be responsible for any damages done up to and including replacement.
- This camper is non-smoking and you will be charged $2500 for fumigation if any signs of smoking is present.
- Any grease produced from cooking on stove or outside grill needs to be disposed of in the garbage. DO NOT dispose of grease down the sink. You will be charged to clean out pipes of camper.
DRY (unloaded) Weight: 6338 lbs.
GVW: 8,000 lbs.
Electronic Brake Control, weight distribution and sway bar are required to tow in Wisconsin. I do have everything you need except for Electronic brake controller. You will need to install on vehicle yourself before towing.
