The RV was great. Leo went over everything when I picked it up, which made me feel more comfortable since it’s my first time driving an RV. He was quick to respond to my texts and picked up my call when I had questions.
First time RV rental. Not sure what to expect. Very unhappy for many reasons. 1. RV had much wear and tear. holes in wood trim. fabric on dinette seats is worn. 2. according to VIN number, the RV is is a 2013, not 2014. 3. Mechanically, the car would not start several times unless the gear lever was in just the "right" position or pressure had to be applied with two feet on the brake.
We rented this RV for our trip to Yosemite. Pickup was fast and easy. The owner was very friendly and accommodating and explained the mechanics of the RV to us very well. The RV itself was clean and stocked with extras like plates, bowls, utensils, sheets, one comforter and some assorted paper items and bath items such as toilet paper, toothbrush and soap.
This was our first time renting an RV. Pickup and drop off went smoothly and the instructions given were helpful. This rental was a good value for our money and I would recommend it!
The RV was just as described and perfect for a Yosemite getaway. Leo was extremely responsive to any questions regarding where we leave our car and time of pick up and drop off. I would recommend this to anyone!
The entire process from start to finish was excellent. The RV was in perfect condition. The owner is friendly and accommodating. We were provided all bedding, cookware, plates/utensils and other household supplies. We just needed to pack our clothes.
