Great communication, great RV
Looking forward to renting again
I can't say enough about how easy and amazing it was to rent Kelly's and Linda's RV. They met us at the airport, had fantastic communication and everything went off without a hitch. I highly recommend that if you are in the area and need an RV to travel the countryside, that you jump right in. 5 STARS!
Kelly and Linda posponed a trip of their own to accommodate our travel plans. Picked us up at the airport and was very thorough with the check-in and orientation. RV functioned well, as described, and was comfortable for the two of us. Overall positive experience.
Kelly was fantastic in communications starting way back in 2019 for what we thought was a summer 2020 road trip to see the National Parks. Then the pandemic hit and we decided to postpone until 2021. As you can imagine, there was TONS of messaging back and forth through this process. Kelly was extremely friendly and patient through it all- he even suggested fun ideas for our itinerary!
We had one memorable vacation! For the most part everything was smooth. My kids were delighted the whole way through. This RV is easy to navigate in parking areas. It is roomy, yet as compact as you need. Best vacation ever!
Excellent for two people or 2 + kids. Easy to drive and big enough with pop outs. Diesel handles mountains well and yields good mileage. Put on 1,600 miles through Wyoming, Montana and Idaho. Mountain grades were 8 - 10% and would have been difficult with larger units. Easy to park. Kelly and Linda were great.
