I’ve rented 6 times through RV Share and this is the first time I’ve had some serious problems that negatively impacted my trip. These issues can be easily addressed for the next renter, including fixing the RV, as well as addressing customer service.
1) RV was scheduled for a drop off at a location with no hookups.

I admit the generator is loud... but it is all I have... all other items have been addressed.
Our family of five loved this rental. We were all able to enjoy a nice night of sleep after a long day on the rocks fishing. We had one question while we were gone, and David responded right away. He was able to answer our question keep us enjoying our trip.
