- No Smoking, renters are responsible for draining both Black and Grey water at the end of their rental. Propane is to be topped off at the end of each rental or a $25 charge can be added instead.
- The trailer is to be returned in good condition to avoid charges including mud, dirt etc...
- The preferred tow vehicle is a half ton truck or SUV, or appropriate size vehicle for towing and must have trailer brakes hardwired to the brake light connector
