I do not have a bunch of extra fees. I just want my RV taken care of. I expect it to be returned clean and tidy. If extra dirty it's a $150 fee otherwise there is no fee. I also expect the tanks to be emptied at return. If tanks are not empty there is a $65 charge. I charge $7.49...
