Great experience renting this teardrop. Jennifer was very responsive when communicating and very helpful during the walk through. The T@G is perfect for a road trip.
Sarah was timely with communications and pickup times, explained the details to a first time RVer clearly and was just an all around nice person. :-) We had a great road experience with Wanda
We rented the motorhome for an 11 day, 1900 mile road trip to California. Overall it was a great experience and the motorhome was very comfortable, drove well, and everything worked. I have rented several RVs and have owned a couple so I have experience with the systems and some of the idiosyncrasies that come with a motorhome so I understood how everything worked. Some less experienced renters may have more questions and there was no operations manual to refer back to. The owner was very easy to deal with and was great with communication. The check out and return went smoothly. I would rent this motorhome again and would recommend it to friends looking for a good overall value and comfortable rig.
Great experience! The owners were so accommodating and easy to work with. The RV was super clean, comfortable, easy to tow and use with the instruction that was provided! Would definitely recommend!
Clean, easy to drive, well stocked. Barb and Robyn were great hosts and gave a very thorough lesson on how to work the RV. Recommended!
Excellent. It was clean, well stocked, and the owner dropped it off and picked it up for us. No hassles! This was our second year in a row, and we'll rent it again next year!
Dean and Shannon were great to deal with! Dean communicated clearly about our plan for pick-up and explained the RV and how to operate it in detail. I would definitely rent this RV again! It's large and can accomodate a big group. Note that the picture is taken when the RV is parked with slide outs open. However, when driving it is still really spacious inside!
Ideal unit for larger groups, perfect amount of comfortable sleeping space and community space.
Bret was AMAZING to work with! I was looking very last minute for a RV (the day before we needed to pick-up) and I reached out and he responded back right away. His communication and timeliness made the whole process so easy. Pick-up was also extremely easy and Bret walked us through everything and had everything to tow the rig as well, which was super helpful. The trailer itself was perfect. The beds are comfortable, it's very clean, actually feels brand new and lots of amenities inside to cook with, movies, bedding, etc. Also its a great trailer to haul, doesn't bounce a lot and not too much weight. My husband and I are already planning our next trip so that we can use this again and work with Bret!
We had a great experience. Barb & Robin are great rental hosts. They spent lots of time with us for pre-departure and were available by phone while we were out camping. The RV was very clean and they provided all the items we needed (except our own food and clothes). We enjoyed our time at Fort Casey State Park with a campsite right on the beach. We would rent again.
My wife and I experienced a two-week trailer RV rental in late September. Generally, a good experience because the weather was beautiful and we were traveling through gorgeous landscapes (Blue Mountains of Oregon, the Tetons and Yellowstone of Wyoming and terrific sights in Montana, Idaho and Washington); with the exception of two VERY significant issues: 1) The batteries on the trailer would not stay charged. Something was continuing to drain them even when underway with a trickle charge through the tow vehicle, after prolonged generator/inverter use or shore power hook ups. This resulted in NO POWER over-night for the furnace in sub-freezing temperatures in Yellowstone National Park (inside trailer temperature approximately 40 degrees) or refrigeration of our food. Thankfully I had a generator that could be used before 8:00pm or after 8:00am. But that didn't help us during the coldest time (overnight). Verbal agreement by the owner to reimburse us for new batteries; which I purchased for just over $300 - still has not occurred over three weeks later (so far has refused to honor our verbal agreement thru the RV share dispute process). 2) The new batteries did not solve the problem; which I now suspect the owner already knew would be the outcome. There was clearly an electrical problem with the unit (likely with the refrigerator). The owner may or may not have known about this, but should acknowledge that this was a problem - but denies it now. This created a diversion to our plan to stay in campgrounds, to instead, staying in much more expensive (and far less appealing) RV parks so we could have "shore power" for HEAT and refrigeration for our food. This created an additional cost of over $200. This did not turn out to be the experience we paid for. The poor performance of the RV significantly diminished the value of our vacation and cost us an additional $500. Be very careful when deciding to rent something that has had very little demonstrated system checks. Work with an owner who has integrity and cares about your experience, or better yet, a reputable RV dealer/rental business with a track record of taking care of their customers. We are very disappointed - I would STRONGLY recommend that RV share remove this trailer from the listing ASAP; unless we are reimbursed and the problems are corrected!
worked out very well. we need a place to stay while floors in our house were refinished. Brian helped us out on short notice, with a great rental.
The trailer looks brand new and very clean! We took it on a hunting trip, it was very roomy for three big guys and all our gear. Brian was fantastic to work with. Will reserve it again for next year!
Would rent this RV again. Brian explained everything well. Replied quickly to all questions.
The RV was in fantastic condition and was well stocked with amenities The owners were great communicators and the rental could not have gone smoother. I would highly recommend these owners
Jason is always reachable if we have questions. Easy to work with. My third time renting from him
Couldn't have been more satisfied! Terie and Chris were very helpful and flexible during the whole process, and went over and beyond what we expected in being accommodating. We took this trailer out with our family (3 kids under 5) for an extended weekend, and loved every moment of it. The trailer was fully stocked, with all the supplies we could need (and more!), it was very clean, and well taken care of. Terie told us ahead of time "all you need is food and clothes!" and she was right! A flat top gas grill, cook stove, folding tables, camp chairs, campfire blankets, table cloths, even games and DVDs were included. The instant hot water tank was also a much appreciated upgrade. We couldn't recommend Terie and Chris and their trailer more, and look forward to more trips with them in the future!
I don't recommend renting from Jayson or RV Share. You are responsible for any damage upon return. No matter if it was there before you rented it, or if you made the damage on during your trip. If you do decide to roll the dice, read the contract thoroughly before you sign it, or have a legal expert review it on your behalf. My friend who is a lawyer would have recommended we not rent from these guys due to the exposure on liability. He would have been right as we are taking a pretty large financial hit on this rental. The owner did not show us the roof prior to departure, which we have on video. He just said, don't go up there. Upon return he inspected the roof and found damage. I went up and agreed that there was damage but it was in places we never stepped foot . They also looked like damage that had been around for quite some time. Which made it even more suspicious. The owner talked to his buddy at Sumner RV and said he could get it taken care of for $500 bucks (which i have in a text chain) because it was a simple patch job. However I declined as I felt it was unfair to charge us for damage we didn't have the chance to pre-inspect. Cut to a few months later and Jayson sent us a bill for $6K+ in roof repair. Seems like he got Sumner RV to overstate the charges so he could make money off of us. Regardless of the damages, who did it or not, THIS SHOWS that Jayson should not be trusted. As for the RV itself, its pretty dumpy. Definitely in worse condition than the pictures show. It has been used and abused for years and you will definitely feel like you are renting a scummy RV. Plus lots of stuff left in the cupboards and in the other storage areas, which doesn't leave you a lot of room for your own stuff. Honestly I was going to leave this part of the review regardless of the fraudulent service claims.
It was the same condition, as it mentioned by Brett , so clean and he has everything you need to tow this travel trailer. It’s very easy to tow . Brett ! He is nice personality,he explained everything to us on pickup . I would recommend him to everyone.I will use it again . Thanks Brett !
Terie and her husband are just super, her communication was very attentive and she answered all our questions. We had a great time with our RV experience!
Everything was as we expected, and consistent with what we read on RVShare. Mackenzie was great to work with. I would recommend this listing.
Very flexible. Adjusted pickup & drop off to meet our changing needs. Good orientation to trailer prior to trip. Well Stocked with essentials.
Lisa was incredible to work with and the RV was spectacular. We had a great time and the entire rental process was super easy. I'm glad we tried RVshare and especially grateful to Lisa for making it so easy! The RV gave us no trouble all the way to Whistler and back. My friends and I spent a long weekend in the RV and had no issues the entire weekend or when returning the RV. I will definitely rent from Lisa again.
Great experience renting with RVshare and Purna. RV was exactly as described. It's certainly not fancy, but it gets you where you need to go and there's TONS of storage space in this thing. Since it's only 24', it was not too difficult to drive.... we even had to parallel park in downtown a few times and had no issues. One big bed over the cab can easily sleep two (but not super easy to access), and two smaller beds converted from the kitchen table and couch.
