There are quite a few amenities for racegoers! The grounds have open-air festival seating, with a covered handicapped viewing area and covered Super Ticket Seating and VIP Viewing Areas. There are shaded picnic areas, and nearly 100% track viewing from a number of vantage points, including infield.

Known as “The Wick,” the Southwick National is bringing back some of the iconic jumps and turns that thousands of racers have known and loved. The racetrack is easy to get to and within a couple hours of Boston, Worcester, Hartford and New York, and it draws a big crowd at almost all its events. 

RVING AT THE EVENT

RV camping is a great way to experience a motocross event! You can camp nearby:

• Prospect Mountain Campground - has full hookups, laundry, a store with gift shop and RV supplies, dumping stations, WiFi, a heated pool, fishing and boating ponds, mini-golf, an arcade, and a playground.

• Sodom Mountain Campground - has WiFi, full hookups and other options, pull-through sites, laundry, a pool, a playground, planned activities for guests, and hiking trails.

From Boston: Take Mass Pike Rt. 90 west. Take exit 3 toward RT-10/Westfield/US-202/Northampton. Merge onto Pride Way. Turn right at RT-10/US-202. Turn left at Pleasant St/RT-10 S/US-202 S. Continue to follow RT-10 S/US-202 S. Turn left at Feeding Hills Rd/RT-57. Turn right at Powder Mill Rd. Turn left at Legion Rd.

From Hartford: Take I-91 N toward Springfield/Bradley Int'l Airport. Take exit 40 to merge onto CT-20 W toward Bradley Int'l Airport. Take the CT-20 W exit toward E Granby/Granby. Merge onto CT-20. Turn right at CT-187/N Main St Continue to follow N Main St. Turn left at CT-168/Mountain Rd. Continue on Warnertown Rd. entering Massachusetts. Continue on S Longyard Rd. Turn right at Powder Mill Rd. Turn right at Legion Rd.

From Brattleboro: Take I-91 S. Take the exit 14 for I-90/Mass. Pike toward Boston/Albany NY. Follow signs for Albany/I-90 W and merge onto I-90 W/Massachusetts Turnpike/Mass Pike. Take exit 3 toward RT-10/Westfield/US-202/Northampton. Merge onto Pride Way. Turn right at RT-10/US-202. Turn left at Pleasant St/RT-10 S/US-202 S. Continue to follow RT-10 S/US-202 S. 2024 Southwick National Motocross -Saturday, June 29. Tickets will also be available at the door on race day. Online ticket sales will open up as soon as they are sure they will be able to hold the race. For more information, click here.

There will be three VIP areas for 2024 All VIP Areas offer a Deluxe Tent with table seating, trackside VIP Viewing area with private bleachers, full lunch buffet (see “VIP Menu for details), private restrooms, live timing and scoring feed, and souvenir Motocross Yearbook and General Admission. All 3 VIP Locations sell out before race day each year.
