The Northeast RV & Camping Show is a fun-filled RV show offering access to new motorhomes, campers, and recreational vehicle models, taking place at the Connecticut Convention Center. Representatives from the Connecticut Campground Owners Association will offer sound advice about buying an RV, camping gear, and supplies. This event features demonstrations and introductions to RV camping for those who have never camped in or owned an RV. Food, snacks, and beverages are also available.

Taking place in Connecticut's capital city of Hartford, the event is indoors and the parking lot is paved, so you won't have to worry about muddy areas or inconveniences.
While you cannot camp at the Northeast RV & Camping Show, you'll find amazing campgrounds and RV resorts and parks nearby with terrific amenities. If you don't own an RV, you can find an RV rental in Hartford with all the bells and whistles you want. Some RV owners offer delivery and setup services to your preferred campground, resort, or park.

Wilderness Lake Campground and Resort offers many RV sites with electric and water hookups in secluded sites. The property amenities include hiking trails, a volleyball court, horseshoe pits, game rooms, and a lodge. During your visit, you can go for a boat ride, fish, swim, or take in the peaceful atmosphere.
Aces High RV Park offers newly paved RV sites with full electric and water hookups with privacy. The property features a sauna, pickleball courts, a sauna, a pool, a laundry room, a propane station, a pavilion, a camp store, and two bathhouses.
Tips for RVers attending the Northeast RV & Camping Show:
Service your RV before you leave home. Get an oil change, check your fluids, and have your tires rotated and balanced.
Fully stock your RV with food and supplies. Purchase firewood and review all campground rules for campfires.
Abide by all rules and regulations as directed by the campground, resort, or park manager. Review the pet policy and details regarding alcoholic beverages.
Review all local RV laws, especially RV parking ordinances, to avoid tickets and citations.
Sometimes, travelers want to take a break from the campground and stay in a hotel. Hartford has many terrific hotels offering wonderful amenities close to the Connecticut Convention Center. The Connecticut Convention Center is about half an hour south of Bradley International Airport. To get to the center from the airport, take I-91 South to Whitehead Highway in Hartford. Take Columbus Blvd at exit 29A to the convention center.
From Stamford: Head north on Atlantic Street toward Luther Street. Continue onto Bedford Street and continue onto Long Ridge Road. Take a slight right to merge onto CT-15 North toward New Haven. Merge onto CT-15 North. Take exit 58 Northeast to merge onto I-91 North toward CT-66 East/Hartford/Middletown. Use the second from the left lane to take exit 29A toward the Capitol Area. Continue onto Whitehead Highway. Use the right lane to take the Columbus Blvd. ramp to Convention Center. Use the right two lanes to turn right onto Columbus Blvd. Turn right to arrive at the convention center.
Free parking is available in the convention center parking lot and is first-come, first-served. RV parking is limited, so arrive early if possible.
