ON-SITE AMENITIES

There are quite a few amenities for racegoers! The grounds have open-air festival seating, with shaded picnic areas. The Ranch itself also has lots of activities when you’re not watching racing - there’s canoeing and fishing, and visitors can tour Loretta’s plantation home, see a simulated coal mine, shop at the western store, and visit the grist mill and Native American Artifact Museum. While the Monster Energy AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship is only a week, it’s sure to bring you and your family a lifetime of memories and what better way to spend that week than at Loretta Lynn’s Ranch - you can go canoeing, fish, tour the area, and visit the museums on the property when you’re not taking in the racing.

RVING AT THE EVENT

RV camping is a great way to experience a motocross event! There is RV camping available at the Loretta Lynn Ranch, with three camping options that offer full hookups, a pool, cornhole, live music, and a creek for tubing or kayaking. You can find out more about camping at the Ranch here. 

You can also camp nearby:

• Buffalo / I-40 / Exit 143 KOA - has full hookups, pull-through sites, WiFi, a pool, a snack bar, and a pet area.

• Eagle Bay Marina and Campground - has full hookups, lake views, and access to a white sand beach.

WHERE TO STAY

RV Camping

Whether you own a motorhome or use a rental from RVshare, RV camping is a great way to travel for the motocross amateur championship! You’ll be able to spend all day watching the races and exploring the grounds, then head back to your own quiet retreat, with food and other comforts of home. 

Hotels

If you decide not to camp, there are plenty of hotels in the area as well. You can find suggestions for some hotels here. You may also find good deals on travel sites like Expedia or Travelocity.

HOW TO GET THERE

From Nashville: Take I-40 west 65 miles to exit 143. Take Highway 13 North seven miles to the track entrance on your left.

From Memphis: Take I-40 east about 140 miles to exit 143. Take Highway 13 North seven miles to the track entrance on your left.

DO NOT USE GPS!! It will take you back roads from I-40 that are not suitable for big rigs and your nerves will be so shot when you get there it may ruin your entire week.
