The FRIED French Fry & Music Festival is a celebration of all things fried and delicious with an emphasis on french fries. You can listen to live music as you chow down on some of your favorite foods. Most of the bands that come out for this festival are from Phoenix and the surrounding areas, which gives you the chance to hear new and popular local entertainers. Frites St. and Social Vibrations are just a few of the restaurant vendors that will be on-site. With foods and drinks available plus live music, it's a perfect day for foodies.
One of the top reasons to visit this festival, in addition to the delicious food, is for the entertainers who will be performing live. The minds behind the festival announced a lineup that includes the Pro Teens, The Lonesome Wilderness, Paper Foxes, Gus D. Wynns and The Breakers, Dovi and SWLWY. You can look forward to the announcement of other bands in the days leading up to the FRIED Festival.
With 13 restaurants and food trucks already announced, the FRIED French Fry & Music Festival will offer classic fries and unique fried dishes. The American Poutine Co. serves versions of the Canadian dish of the same name that include cheese curds and other ingredients on top of fresh french fries. Social Vibrations will be on hand to offer cheese fries and similar dishes alongside burgers. Some of the other vendors include The Original Berrie Kabobs, French Me LLC and Simon's Hot Dogs.
Near the entrance gate to the festival is where you'll find ATMs. At the festival, you can purchase samples and food dishes as well as wine, beer and other drinks. Most vendors will have small samples available for $2 to $3. There are also designated areas where you can sit down and relax on lawn chairs or blankets that you bring from home. All guests can bring a sealed water bottle.
The FRIED French Fry & Music Festival runs from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. in downtown Phoenix at Margaret T. Hance Park.
