Richmond KOA Holiday features both grassy and shady RV sites. Many large sites are available for big-rigs and slide outs. Nearby, you can visit the Grand Central Station of the Underground Railroad, where more than 2,000 runaway slaves were hidden.
Although the local community provides attractions, restaurants, historic landmarks, and other activities nearby, you don’t need to leave to have a good time. During the summer, children will enjoy swimming in the pool, meeting for crafts, taking a hayride, and watching movies. Many hot dog cookouts, corn roasts, and ice cream socials are held throughout the year.
“Great stay, especially for overnighters. Variety of spots and rates to accommodate differing needs, but not a huge number of any of them. Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff, great rates. Small but very nice K9 off-leash area with a good 4-foot fence. Washers and dryers work very well, but there aren’t many of them. Definitely a place we’d stay again.” – James, Google Review
